For those interested in true crime, for the followers of "My Favorite Murder" podcast, for those interested in shining a light on mental health, for those that think they can't do yoga or those that want to get back into it, and for those interested in building a community: THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU.
Welcome to Self-Care for Murderinos! We will yoga, drink Bloody Mary's, and talk about how we can take care of ourselves while maintaining an obsession with true crime. We can't wait to meet you.Â
Please note that if this event sells out (or you really wanna go more than once!) you can reserve a ticket to our next event here.
We'll introduce ourselves and talk about how we got into true crime, our history with anxiety and our love of yoga and how we manage being health and wellness coaches that are not-so-secretly obsessed with true crime. We will send you off into the night (all together, safely) with our special MFM version of our "Yoga for Self-Care" packet so you can keep the journey going after you leave us.Â
